Competitor Price Watch was invented, and is owned and run by our CEO who has over ten years experience of online retail.

The software was not created by a generic software company looking at monetising their business, but was created for a need by someone with a huge amount of online retail experience.

All that retail experience has gone in to the Competitor Price Watch software, which is why you will find the system fits like a glove for selling in all online retail arenas, as every eventuality is covered.

Our system is highly unique in that it uses humans to create your initial matches (in the Fully Managed Service) to ensure a high reliability and to also negate the need for SKU's or exact matching product names.

Dominic Hayhoe
CEO
Dominic Hayhoe is our CEO and was the inventor of the Competitor Price Watch system.

He came up with the concept for the site because he is also a Director of a leading online retail business and wanted a fast and efficient way of ensuring they were pricing their products correctly against their competitors.

Dominic also has a knack of squeezing every ounce of possibility from a project!

Jon Clifford
Office Manager
Jon is responsible for ensuring that the team pulls in the same direction and that all our clients receive the attention they deserve.

A very demanding job which Jon fulfills superbly as our huge list of clients are testament to.

Phil Cooper
Technical Director


Phil is responsible for ensuring the CPW system runs smoothly and to understand our clients needs where bespoke functionality is needed and ensure it is added where possible in a timely fashion, amongst other things!

Gareth Brown
Head Developer


Gareth is responsible for ensuring the CPW system continues to improve every day as our CEO and team come up with more ideas than our developers can cope with!

Steve Wickings
Head of Data


Steve is in charge of our Data Entry teams and it is his responsibility to ensure all new clients with large amounts of data are set up as quickly and as accurately as possible.

Dan leads up our sales teams here at CPW. It is Dans job to ensure we chat to new prospects with a great knowledge of their marketplace and ensuring they feel at home with CPW.
